Dalton Park Outlet has reported a strong performance for the first half of 2024, showcasing significant growth in turnover. The centre achieved a 12.4 percent increase in total sales compared to the same period last year, a testament to the center’s strategic initiatives and its appeal as a premier shopping destination.

In addition to its overall growth, quarterly sales rose by 8.8 percent, while monthly sales grew by 7.7 percent. Key highlights of H1include Dalton Park’s 21st birthday celebration, which featured 21 percent off selected brands, exclusive deals, and an engaging mystery box game that awarded prizes to lucky shoppers. The celebration brought in considerable footfall, enhancing sales figures and customer dwell time.

Greggs, the nation’s high street hero, arrived at the outlet offering affordability, quality and authenticity which has been a major driver of traffic and sales. Their opening weekend queues of shoppers, highlighting its popularity. Further enhancing Dalton Park’s offering, Le Creuset launched a pop-up store, while Mountain Warehouse have upsized and refitted bringing in the Animal brand.

Dalton Park’s impressive performance can be attributed to its strategic focus on enhancing the shopping experience through a targeted tenant mix which has contributed to an uplift in turnover. The center has successfully attracted a diverse range of visitors by offering a variety of high-demand products and leveraging seasonal events to boost footfall and sales.
