Gordon Ramsay Is Opening a Luxurious Restaurant at the F1 Las Vegas GP

Gordon Ramsay is embracing another “F” word: Formula 1.

The world-famous British chef has created a luxurious culinary experience for the Las Vegas Grand Prix this November. Located in an F1 Garage, the aptly named Ramsay’s Garage will include a pop-up version of his fine-dining restaurant Lucky Cat and other tasty treats. Guests will also have the opportunity to mingle with the Michelin three-starred powerhouse himself.

Running from November 21 to 23, the three-day trackside affair will allow guests to devour Ramsay’s masterpieces as racecars blast past just feet away. “I’m so thrilled to be bringing Ramsay’s Garage so close to the action of the Las Vegas Grand Prix,” Ramsay said in a statement.

Each day will follow a different theme to keep you guessing. On the first night, some “surprise guests” will be posted at individual stations and serve up new riffs on Ramsay’s signature dishes. Guests can interact with the incredible culinary talent as they watch the plates come to fruition.

On the second day, Lucky Cat will commandeer the space. Taking design cues from the London and Miami outposts, the pop-up will showcase distinctive décor inspired by the Tokyo drinking dens of the 1930s. The menu will spotlight dishes from various Asian regions, with popular items such as bao buns, sashimi, uni toast, and crispy pork belly landing on the table. The “eating house” will also feature a caviar station because one can never have too much fresh beluga.

Day three is all about “Cool Britannia” and will bring diners the best of the United Kingdom. Guests will be treated to an authentic roast dinner, with a whole tomahawk rack, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and a stout jus. Other highlights include classic English dishes such as Scotch eggs, salmon Wellington, and cider-braised pork belly. You can also help devour a giant shrimp luge.

Ramsay’s Garage offers more than just food, though. The experience also gives race fans a Paddock Pass with VIP access to the working areas for the F1 drivers, the team principals, the staff, and the media. Guests can also partake in pit lane walks, private truck tours, podium celebrations, and more.
