Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has come to Brussels to present his “Victory Plan” to European Union leaders.

The Ukrainian leader will then head over to the European Parliament to hold talks with President Roberta Metsola and, later, to the NATO headquarters where a meeting of the alliance’s defence ministers is taking place over the next two days.

The 27 EU leaders, gathered for what is expected to be a one-day summit, will meanwhile then turn their focus to other topics on their agenda. These include the Middle East and efforts to engineer a ceasefire and ramp up humanitarian aid, competitiveness, and migration.

The latter is set to dominate the agenda as calls for outsourcing asylum procedures and speedier deportations grow increasingly louder across the bloc.

We will bring you the debates in real-time in the live blog below.
