More than 25 events are booked at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park.
“We’re so excited to bring another season of live music to Tinley Park. We love hosting music fans from all over Chicago and bringing them to our neighborhood,” Courtney Rourke, general manager of Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, said in a prepared statement.
The outdoor Live Nation venue’s season begins at 7 p.m. May 21 with 21 Savage: American Dream Tour in support of the Grammy Award-winning rapper’s album of the same name, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The concert also includes J.I.D, Nardo Wick, and 21 Lil Harold. Tickets are $29.50 to $159.50.
“Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre has an incredible lineup of shows including New Kids on the Block with Paula Abdul, Grupo Firme, HARDY, The Queens of R&B, Creed and more,” Rourke said in a prepared statement.
According to Rourke, pre-parties for select shows will encourage fans to arrive early and avoid traffic to the venue, which features a newly expanded Stage Left Lounge, remodeled Level 300 Sky Suites, and new food and drink.
“We’re welcoming Koko’s Bavarian into our food family, known for German favorites like soft pretzels, sausage and fries,” Rourke said in a prepared statement.
“CVT Soft Serve is another new offering, and our venues are the only place in Chicago where folks can purchase this trending culinary treat. Served in resealable pouches, fans can focus on the music instead of balancing a melting cone with an armful of snacks and bevs.
“Our specialty cocktails come in refillable shakers and include the new Gin & Juice tropical punch alongside our fan faves like the strawberry vodka lemonade and watermelon chili margarita. Also new this year are our two zero-proof and four spirit-free bevs so fans can hang without the hangover.”
