In my opinion, the Liverpool FC forward players are really disjointed, they have not clicked like Sadio, Bobby and Mo did. Our current forwards’ passes to each other are mostly over hit, under hit or cut out.
Forwards:
Mo Salah – He’s come to the end at LFC – Get the money for him.
Luis Diaz – He’s a hard worker, but runs down blind alleys.
Darwin Nunez – I can’t work him out to be honest. He blows hot and cold too much for me, but I’d give him one more season.
Cody Gakpo – He is coming around and should stay.
Midfielders:
Ryan Gravenberch – There is a footballer there, but he’s just lost his confidence. I’d keep him.
Alexis Mac Allister – How many times has Jurgen Klopp had to realise Maca is no number 6. He should never be asked to play there again.
Dominik Szoboszlai – He needs a position that he’s happy with, but is he good enough to take that position? i think he could be – I’d keep him.
Harvey Elliott – He needs to be a first team regular, looks to have the talent – keep him.
Curtis Jones – He’s not my cup of tea and not up to being a first teamer, i think. Just because he’s a scouser does not make him good enough. I’d sell him to get finance for the rebuild.
Defenders:
Virgil van Dijk (VVD) – I’d offer him a two-year deal. He has earned it this season.
Ibrahima Konate – Has to keep fit if he can as he could be a top player – If not sell him.
Andy Robertson – We have to find a replacement for him now. Let Robbo go to Celtic.
Trent Alexander-Arnold – He’s a great passer of the ball and has a good shot, but he’s never a full back. Sort out a position for him or take the hit for big money.
Jarell Quansah – This one is going to be a top player, but must learn from his mistakes. Likely to be the next VVD – I’d keep him.
I know that many Reds won’t agree with me, but this is my opinion. i don’t mean to upset fellow LFC supporters. I’ve been watching the Reds since the 60s; seeing Bill Shankly break up a team of greats, Bob Paisley doing the same and King Kenny did it as well. So i have seen it happen many times and it needs to be done again right now. Klopp has done wonders, but age catches up with us all sooner or later, Reds.
