Vice President Kamala Harris, who held her first official campaign rally on Tuesday in Milwaukee, will travel to Indianapolis today to deliver a speech at Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s Grand Boulé. Notably, Harris will be absent from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Natanyahu’s address to a joint session of Congress.
