On Chad’s border with Darfur, VOA met with refugees who have told harrowing stories of what the United States has described as acts of genocide in Sudan, allegedly by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, or RSF. As the refugees call for action, the United States has imposed sanctions on leaders of the RSF and associated militias. Henry Wilkins reports from Adre, Chad.
