Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has officially opened its sixth London Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, at Lendlease’s landmark Pavilion building in Stratford Cross.
Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the 10,000 sq ft space spans all three levels of Stratford Cross’ Pavilion with additional areas available for private dining and events. The ground floor café serves as a community workspace, offering coffee and pastries from 8am Monday to Friday. The location also boasts a 3,000 sq ft rooftop bar with views of The London Stadium, Aquatics Centre, and Olympic Park. The interior design features a blend of vintage and modern elements, enhancing the restaurant’s day to night dining experience.
The new Bread Street Kitchen & Bar offers customers a classic menu featuring Gordon Ramsay’s famous dishes, including traditional fish and chips and the classic beef Wellington. Exclusive dishes unique to Stratford are also on offer, such as the steak and ale pie, alongside an extensive cocktail and wine list.
Guy Thomas, Head of Retail & Place Assets at Lendlease, commented: “The opening of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ multi-dimensional venue provides a second-to-none experience for Stratford Cross’ workers, residents, and visitors. As a key focal point and leisure achor of the destination, the Pavilion is deserving of a hero hospitality brand, and we have certainly found that in Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.”
Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, added: “Stratford Cross’ Pavilion building is the ideal location for this brand-new flagship Bread Street Kitchen & Bar. We’re proud to be bringing our unique dining experience to a diverse range of customers in this cultural and creative hub in the East of London.”
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar’s Pavilion location sits within Lendlease’s 1.04 million sq ft of offices in Stratford Cross, with the Turing Building launching this summer to add 350,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.
