The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence, granted only to businesses that consistently exceed customer expectations. This accolade reflects Iceland Foods’ dedication to providing exceptional value, service, and customer benefits.
The frozen food retailer understands that customer loyalty is built on trust and great experiences. Through initiatives such as its Bonus Card scheme, which offers 10 percent discounts for customers over 60 every Tuesday, and The Iceland Food Club which provides microloans to support families in need during school holidays, the supermarket continues to put its customers first.

Feefo has presented Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have achieved the Gold standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5 between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024.
