The Kansas City Chiefs are still perfect.
The Chiefs rallied back from an early 10-0 hole on Sunday afternoon to beat the Los Angeles Chargers 17-10 at SoFi Stadium. That improved them to 4-0 on the season, something they haven’t seen since the 2020 campaign.
Their win didn’t come without a cost, however. The Chiefs lost wide receiver Rashee Rice to a knee injury in the first half after he collided with Patrick Mahomes. Rice was carted off. Though specifics of his injury aren’t yet known, Chiefs coach Andy Reid said at halftime that “it’s not good.”
Elsewhere in the league, Jayden Daniels and the Commanders rolled to a dominant 42-14 win over the Cardinals in Arizona. The San Francisco 49ers had no issue beating the New England Patriots, either. They picked up a 30-13 win in their contest in the Bay Area. The Raiders held on in the final seconds of their game against the Browns, and came up with a huge sack, to win 20-16.
