One of the best-known names in hospitality leasing, Ted Schama, has launched a new ‘3600’ advisory business, One Voice Hospitality.

The firm has been conceived in response to the integrated decision-making becoming prevalent in the F&B and leisure sectors.  One Voice Hospitality will use its extensive network and experience to bring together operators, landlords and corporate finance to work collaboratively to realise opportunities.  Based in London, the business will work wherever there is a need for expertise in creating highly successful commercial partnerships, nationally or internationally.

Ted Schama commented: “While so many aspects of the industry have changed in the last five years, people remain at the heart of it and are why I have created One Voice Hospitality.  We place relationships centrally in decision-making through an eco-system in which parties come together to maximise opportunities. We offer clients, whether landlords, operators or investors, a full range of services, but our difference is that it is an integrated offer, rather than specialisms acting independently of one another.”

One Voice Hospitality is already working with several leading landlords and operators, applying its unique perspective to unlock opportunities in a variety of high-profile locations in central London. It is also advising a number of hospitality business corporate finance projects, which in turn will give landlords unparalleled insight into the direction of operating businesses.

Ted Schama continued: “Our research has revealed fewer than 50% of restaurant businesses have a three to five-year plan, relying instead on organic growth.  One Voice Hospitality aims to change that.”

Ted Schama has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, working on a range of high-profile locations.  He has played a role in many landmark deals, including Sushisamba’s debut on the 38th and 39th floors of Heron Tower in The City, Santiago Lastra’s KOL Restaurant in Marylebone, D&D’s 14 Hills on Fenchurch Street, Little House Mayfair, and Sumosan’s restaurant and bar at Six Senses Residences Courchevel.  Ted also hosts a popular podcast, Ted’s Thoughts, in which he interviews leading figures in the restaurant and property sectors.
