Noah Lyles, already proven to be the fastest man in the world, still has a few more events to run at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The gold medal-winner in the men’s 100-meter sprint has already begun competition in the 200-meter sprint. He won his heat in the first round of the event on Monday, sending him into the semifinal round.
Lyles’ win in the 100-meter sprint was his first Olympic gold, but he is also a three-time gold medalist in the 200-meter sprint at the 2019, 2022 and 2023 World Championships. He is seeking his first Olympic gold in the 200 after winning the bronze in the event at the Tokyo Games.
